Responsibilities:
1. You support Freudenberg Filtration Technologies' global business units with sound strategic analyses and create transparency for forward-looking management decisions
2. As a strategic sparring partner, you assist business units in developing and implementing sustainable growth and competitive strategies
3. As part of the strategic planning process, you are responsible for implementation and continuous monitoring
4. You conduct market, competition, and exploration analyses and derive clear, implementation-oriented recommendations for action from them
5. You identify and evaluate new business potential—from market entry strategies to portfolio and innovation initiatives
6. You lead selected strategic initiatives and special projects, for example in the areas of M&A, new business development, or commercial excellence
7. You support the business units in optimizing sales strategies through data-driven analyses and the use of modern tools
8. You prepare complex issues in a management-friendly manner and present your results convincingly at various decision-making levels
Qualifications:
9. You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics with a focus on sales strategy, data analysis, and statistics; knowledge of the filtration industry is a plus
10. You bring experience in strategy consulting and market research – and have already successfully implemented your concepts
11. Project management, data analysis, and the use of AI technologies are among your strengths
12. You are confident in strategic analysis, market segmentation, and competitive monitoring
13. You are familiar with CRM systems, SAP SD, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), BOARD, and Copilot
14. You think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and always keep the customer focus in mind
15. You are fluent in both German and English (C1 level)
