Your key responsibilities/tasks Business partner for all Fresenius Kabi subsidiaries and expert on shareholder issues Drive global financing issues, dividend planning and equity measures Support to further establish the Subsidiary Management department Support in definition, coordination and execution of global end-to-end standards Exercising the governance function in the investments of Fresenius Kabi AG Drawing-up and obtaining approval for shareholder agreements and articles of association Process development and execution of board nominations Drive the implementation of a dedicated global subsidiary management platform solution and redesign of processes Tackle the annual Impairment Testing Management of internal restructuring projects including initiatives such as mergers, liquidations, spin-offs Support and lead of global projects Your profile Successful academic studies of business administration, economics, commercial and corporate law or similar, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance or taxation At least 3-5 years relevant work experience ideally in tax, controlling, finance, subsidiary management or related topics Strong Stakeholder management with respect to international and cross-functional global stakeholders Good written and spoken communication skills in English; German skills would be an advantage Good analysis skills, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel High interest for international project work in a global environment Structured, independent and empathetic team-oriented way of working Very good communication and presentation skills
