The position:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily management and organization of warehouse operations in Germanyt. You will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, safe, and structured logistics operation.
Your responsibilities include:
* Managing and supervising warehouse staff.
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods flows.
* Monitoring planning, quality, and safety within the warehouse.
* Acting as the point of contact for the Italian location and internal stakeholders.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements.
* Ensuring accurate administrative handling of warehouse activities.
Requirements:
* Minimum MBO+/Bachelor-level working and thinking capacity.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Reasonable command of the German language (spoken).
* Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and solution-oriented mindset.
