Facilities Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team in Dresden, Germany.
About the Role:
* Maintains a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of work methods and safety protocols.
* Operates and controls systems & equipment for air quality management, HVAC, cleanrooms, and pollution control.
* Monitors critical parameters, including temperature, pressure, and chemical constituents, to maintain optimal system performance within specified limits.
* Performs diagnostic analysis to identify root causes of disruptions and develops corrective actions to restore system operation within specifications.
* Conducts routine maintenance, repairs, and modifications to ensure smooth operations, adhering to environmental protection standards.
Requirements:
* Eligible to work in Germany and available for on-the-job training in Taiwan.
* Techncian or equivalent technical apprenticeship education in building technology, utility systems, or a related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities, utilities, or mechanical-related roles.
* Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with rotating shifts or on-call duties.
* Strong understanding of mechanical, chemical, and electrical principles related to mechanical systems.
Language Skills:
* Excellent command of English and German for effective communication in an international workplace.
Professional Skills:
* Proficient computer skills, ability to learn standard maintenance and process monitoring software.
* Able to read and interpret technical manuals and process schematics.
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and managers with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
