Contact person for employees regarding all labor law, collective bargaining law and general personnel-related questions concerning their employment relationship or operational HR processes.Administrative processing of all documents within the employee life cycle (contract, onboarding management, probationary period, transfer, changes in working hours, certificates, etc.)Preparatory tasks for payroll processing and close coordination with the Payroll Service CenterRecording, maintaining and tracking personnel-related data in appropriate human resources management systems (e.g. SAP HCM, ticketing systems)Regular communication and coordination with internal and external contacts, such as employees, works councils or authorities.Active participation in optimization, harmonization, and other HR project initiatives, as well as proactive initiation and implementation of HR projects.Providing technical guidance in the area of responsibility to deployed trainees, interns, temporary workers, etc.(Further) development of HR processes Your profile
