Overview
Location: Braunschweig. One of the largest clothing retailers in Europe is looking for a Head of ERP & Digital Transformation. They have over 1,000 stores across Europe & Asia, grossed +€4 billion last year and are looking to continue their success with you.
The position
* Lead the implementation of a new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) system, driving the full migration process from discovery to implementation.
* Lead and grow team to 10 – 15 employees, executing a hiring strategy aligned with business needs.
* The approach to introducing a new ERP system, the business case and scope, as well as the coordination of the project goals are in your hands.
* Manage cross-departmental IT programs to optimize and digitize business processes.
* Oversee project quality, resources, timelines, and costs to ensure successful delivery.
* Develop decision templates and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Your experience
* Degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager.
* Strong background in ERP system development, implementation, and migration (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
* Expertise in end-to-end ERP processes, best practices, and latest technologies.
* Fluent in German and English – Minimum C1 requirement
