We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.ABOUT THE JOBYou'll supervise daily TUI operations at dedicated airports, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, efficient, on-time, and customer-focused Ground Operations processes.We'll rely on you to build expertise in our in-house Departure Control System, acting as an escalation point for suppliers with advice and queries.Your responsibilities include monitoring operational SLAs and KPIs with third-party suppliers through regular checks and reporting.As part of the role, you'll complete quality assurance performance reviews and support investigations of incidents and safety reports.Managing relationships with airport authorities and government agencies will be a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.Working closely with relevant teams, you'll provide subject matter expertise to ensure Ground Operations initiatives are successfully delivered at airports.Good working knowledge of TUI procedure and processes including the GOMYou will also assist in identifying opportunities for change and improvement by third party suppliers, participating when required in the development and implementation of improvement programs.You will participate in and support any daily calls with suppliers by evaluating the actual operations during your duty.You will manage either directly or through 3rd party suppliers the delivery of a high level of customer experience and service to all passengers at airports within your area of responsibility.Deputize for the Station Account Manager and/or Station Ops Lead Coordinator (if applicable) in external/internal meetings.Contributing to project working groups that may have an impact on your station operationsABOUT YOUYou have proven experience in aviation ground handling and monitoring third-party suppliers to achieve required performance.We're looking for a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and works collaboratively within diverse international teams.You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and develop a comprehensive network throughout local operations.Your structured thinking enables you to generate ideas while ensuring full regulatory compliance is maintained.You can clearly articulate concepts both verbally and in written documentation, with strong business English and knowledge of the local language relevant to your assigned airport.The ability to audit processes for compliance and successfully investigate and resolve any breaches is essential for this position.DEI StatementFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
