Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to lead our growth and expansion efforts in the DACH region.


About the Position

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
* Stay up-to-date on public procurement processes and manage proposal development cycles, including sourcing, selecting, and applying for RFPs and tenders.
* Establish connections with potential clients, schedule demos and market intelligence sessions, and develop sales assets from pitches to technical submissions.
* Collaborate with the team to track and visualize sales and marketing metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
* Promote our presence in the target market, establishing partnerships with relevant private partners and representing us at key industry events and conferences.


About You

* You possess 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development for a SaaS company or technology start-up.
* A natural communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to run smooth demos, solve client needs, and address objections.
* A self-motivated individual who excels at matching client requests with our solution, particularly in complex public procurement processes.
* Native German speaker, highly fluent in English.
* A network in the mobility, public transport, or relevant B2G industry is highly valued.
