As our subject matter expert, you’ll respond to enquiries from scientific and healthcare professionals in a timely manner (both electronic and in-person), acting as a trusted source of accurate and current information – this could include providing feedback from clinical trials, signposting relevant information, delivering educational presentations or participating in Healthcare Professional meetings.The PersonKnowledge in Accord Healthcare Therapeutic Areas of interest (Oncology / Urology)Previous experience as a Medical Science LiaisonCan translate scientific or clinical data into high quality medical informationGood understanding and working knowledge of the German Health Care system & activities in relation to field-medical activities, preferable within oncology or urology and local regulationsHave competencies in delivering medical / scientific presentationsBe able to manage customers/project and internal matrix partners in a compliance mind-setExercises good judgment on clinical, regulatory, legal, quality and technical related compliance issues; ensures compliance obligations are met across all areas of responsibility.Positive and ‘can-do’ approach; biased towards finding solutions and win/wins responsiveness and flexibility.Have excellent team playing and communication skills; strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to work individually and as part of a teamGood inter-personal skills and able to freely converse with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholdersAbility to build rapport and relationships and to solve problemsLanguage: Expert/fluent communicator in German language and excellent knowledge of written and spoken scientific EnglishThe RewardsIn return, we offer a competitive salary and rewards package (including holiday, bonus and pension scheme).
