Together with the Eight International Network, counting over 650 employees in more than 20 countries, we respond to a growing demand for financial advice from private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates, and investment banks.We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy & Operations team in Cologne as a Senior.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.Rapidly identify and analyze key risks and opportunities in strategy and operations, and design operational solutionsIntegrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, working closely with transaction services, valuations, and restructuring teamsDevelop implementation plans and initiate actionsPrepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders (e.g., board members, investors, M&A advisors, C-suite management)Maintain direct client contact, participate in due diligence and strategy projects, and present results to clientsGuide and mentor junior team membersFacilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and provide updatesContribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client pitchesReceive personalized coaching from a dedicated counselor for your personal and professional developmentRequirements / QualificationsMaster's degree with excellent grades from a renowned university/business school, preferably in economics, engineering, science, business administration, or business economics2-4 years of experience in transaction, strategy, operations consulting, or a related field (e.g., M&A, Strategy, Business Development) at a top-tier consultancy firmStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsExperience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyEntrepreneurial mindset with a practical and creative approach to problem-solvingEagerness to work on cross-border assignmentsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesMotivated, proactive, reliable, and resilient under stressProven team leadership skillsProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointFluency in German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
