You act as a global key contact within the support organization, design end to end field service processes, and drive innovations such as SAP AI and Fiori based user experiences Operations and Support Act as Global Key Contact within the SAP FSM Support Organization to ensure stable operations of the business area Ensure stability and issue resolution for SnapLogic interfaces Analyze, coordinate, and resolve incidents and technical issues Architecture & Solution Development / Take technical ownership of theSAP FSM solution Design and develop: SAP FSM enhancement, Interfaces, Business rules, Smart Forms Support S/4HANA projects in implementing end to end field service processes. Innovation & User Experience / ImplementSAP AI technologies (e.g. Joule, SAP Insights) within the SAP FSM solution Simplify user access by developingSAP Fiori front-end solutions Profil Excellent technical understanding of SAP Field Service Management, especially: Smart Form creation Business rules configuration Extensions and Jasper or HTML Reporting Strong knowledge of end to end field service processes in SAP Knowledge of SAP Fiori technology is an advantage Benefits Duration: 6 months with possible prolongation Workload: full-time Location : remote, with 1x month onsite in Bucharest, Romania Language: English
