We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to lead our end-to-end bid process and secure new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex bids, developing commercial and technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

* Lead the creation of high-quality key sales deliverables (proposals, customer presentations, contract packs, approval materials, and other deal-related documentation)
* Coordinate, examine, and scrutinize final contracts and proposals
* Effectively manage the bid process from qualification to project handover to delivery
* Collaborate with sales, technical experts, finance, legal, and other teams to gather necessary information and insights required for a winning proposal
* Identify and assess potential risks associated with the bid and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial, engineering, or information technology degree
* Multiple years of bid-management professional experience, ideally in the data center colocation industry or with a provider of complex technical systems and/or solutions
* High affinity for sales and proposal development including a strong understanding of and experience in drafting legal documents and commercial solutions contract terms
* Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels, internally and with clients
