Operational Support Professional
This role requires an individual to support the Director in daily operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in assistant roles, preferably with corporate brands, and possess strong organizational skills. They should also be proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
* Assist the Director in operational and administrative tasks
* Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings, events, and projects
* Create professional presentations and documentation
* Manage social media: create, plan, publish content, and engage with the audience
* Maintain and develop relationships with international artists, partners, and influencers
* Conduct research for innovative projects, artist profiles, and market trends
Key responsibilities include:
1. Providing administrative support to the Director
2. Coordinating meetings, events, and projects
3. Creating high-quality presentations and documentation
4. Managing social media presence
5. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
6. Conducting market research and analyzing data
Requirements for this role include:
* Excellent language skills in English, French, German, and Luxembourgish (an asset)
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
* Experience in assistant roles, preferably with corporate brands
* Social media and influencer management experience is a plus
* Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and knowledge of digital tools and social media platforms
* Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent, and proactive working style
