Contingent Position 2027 We are currently preparing a proposal for an installation services contract supporting custodial services for facilities in Stuttgart, Germany, seeking experienced Certified Master Building Cleaning Specialist professionals to be considered for a Program Manager (PM) role. This position will provide overall leadership and oversight of installation-level service operations, including
custodial and facility support services
across multiple facilities. Position Overview The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the contract and will serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the client. The PM will oversee daily operations, manage supervisory staff and service teams, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and maintain high service quality across the installation. Key Responsibilities Oversee all installation service operations including custodial and facility support services Lead and supervise site supervisors and service teams Ensure contract performance meets client standards and performance metrics Coordinate with client representatives and installation leadership Manage scheduling, staffing, quality control, and operational performance Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Prepare reports, operational updates, and performance documentation Ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance across all service areas Required Qualifications Gebäudereinigermeister (Certified Master Building Cleaning Specialist) 5+ years of management experience
overseeing building cleaning Experience managing multi-site or large facility service contracts Demonstrated leadership managing supervisors and operational teams Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in an international and government contracting environment Language Requirements Professional working proficiency in English required for communication with client representatives and contract documentation German language skills highly preferred
