Actindo is Europe’s leading Composable Commerce platform for ambitious brands and retailers. To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a versatile, pragmatic, and creative team player to take our marketing activities to the next level.
Your tasks
1. Event & Trade Show Management
You’ll plan, coordinate, and support our events (e.g. trade fairs, meetups, partner events), including:
Logistics & transport
Briefing and coordination of our booth builder
On-site setup and teardown
2. Social Media & LinkedIn
You’ll manage our ongoing LinkedIn presence, including:
Content planning & posting
Trend monitoring & community interaction
Supporting team members with personal brand posts
3. Content & Communication
In close collaboration with our graphic designer, you’ll help create engaging content formats:
Website updates, landing pages, blog posts
Support for newsletters, sales assets, and campaigns
4. AI Tools in Use
You’re comfortable using AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Canva to create content quickly, creatively, and efficiently.
Your Profile
5. At least 2 years of experience in operational marketing (ideally in a B2B tech/SaaS environment)
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (especially for events)
7. Affinity for digital tools and AI applications in marketing
8. Hands-on, solution-oriented working style
9. Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
