Für das Bezirkskrankenhaus Landshut, Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik, suchen wir am Standort in Deggendorf für die Leitung der Tagesklinik und Institutsambulanz einen / eine Oberarzt / Oberärztin (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Oberärztliche Leitung der Tagesklinik und Institutsambulanz Aktive Beteiligung sowie Weiter­entwicklung der thera­peutischen Konzepte und Angebote Leitung eines erfahrenen und engagierten multi­professionellen Behand­lungsteams Anleitung und Supervision von Weiterbildungsärzten / Weiter­bildungs­ärztinnen (m/w/d) Ihr Profil Anerkennung als Facharzt / Fachärztin (m/w/d) für Kinder- und Jugend­psychiatrie und ‑psycho­therapie Hohe Motivation und fachliche Kompetenz für die Gestaltung und konzeptio­nelle Weiter­ent­wicklung der Außenstellen Interesse am Aufbau von ambulanten Spezial­angeboten und sektoren­übergreifender Versorgung Verbindliches und professionelles Auftreten, eine wertschätzende Art sowie ausgezeichnete Team- und Kommuni­kations­fähigkeiten Damit lässt es sich (in Deggendorf) gut leben! Das Grundgehalt (brutto) richtet sich nach dem Tarif­vertrag TV-Ärzte/VKA und liegt ent­sprechend der Berufs­erfahrung aktuell zwischen 9.,08 Euro und 10.,97 Euro. Zusätzlich gewähren wir eine Arbeits­markt­zulage von bis zu 20 % (circa 1. Euro) brutto bei Vollzeit, in Teilzeit anteilig. Insgesamt stehen Ihnen 33 Tage Urlaub zu. Ihr Grund­anspruch beträgt 31 Tage. Dazu erhalten Sie zwei Tage Zusatz­urlaub (bei einer Fünf­tage­woche). Nach überstandener Probezeit erhalten Sie von uns einen unbefristeten Arbeits­vertrag. Ihre Regelarbeitszeit ist von Montag bis Freitag und im Rahmen der Gleitzeit zwischen 07:30 Uhr und 19:30 Uhr. Sie leisten keinen Bereit­schafts­dienst. Öffnungs­zeiten / Kernzeiten sind von 08:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr und freitags bis 15:00 Uhr.
