WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. IT Systems Coordination and Support - As the first point of contact for answering internal queries about these systems, you will coordinate and support the most important IT systems such as Horizon, SAP (S4 HANA), Spark, Oracle and QlikSense. This includes applying relevant system solutions or escalating issues to internal specialists or external developers. You will ensure that all issues raised are assigned, monitored and closed
2. Process Improvement - You will also be responsible for business analysis and improving systems and processes by applying business analysis techniques through internal review and performance analysis. You will identify opportunities to improve IT systems and processes,Implement corrections and improvements
3. Documentation and Training - You will also be responsible for documentation, knowledge sharing and training. You will create administrative process and procedure documentation, IT systems, knowledge and learning materials and participate in the planning, creation and implementation of system user training
4. Project Support - Last but not least, you will coordinate, support and manage European IT projects. You will take responsibility and manage smaller projects working with different stakeholders
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5. You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent professional training and at least 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned activities
6. You can demonstrate IT system knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Qlik Sense, Oracle, HTML, PHP, CSS
7. You are fluent in written and spoken English
8. You have a strong analytical and logical mindset
