As an AGILE DELIVERY MANAGER/ RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the Digital Customer Solutions of the Lufthansa Group Airlines.
1. Co-leading multiple product development teams (ARTs). Co-leading with other scaled roles such as Product Managers, Technical Leads and Design Leads
2. Leading the adoption of Agile methods in the ART
3. Leading the identification and implementation of initiatives that improve flow time, efficiency, velocity and predictability of teams in the ART
4. Optimising the ART’s resource configuration (team set up) and its the associated costs
5. Mentoring Scrum Masters
6. Contributing to the Agile Community of Practice at Digital Hangar
7. Contributing to the Agile Design Authority, working closely with other RTEs to govern standards across the whole of Digital Hangar
8. Bringing together many different partners in the Lufthansa Group ecosystem to collaboratively build the world’s best digital airline products.

9. 5+ years of experience in leading multiple agile teams (~50-150 FTEs)
10. Experience in dealing with pressure situations such as orchestrating complex Go-Lives, managing complex dependency chains and driving disruptive organisational changes
11. Expertise in implementing Agile methods and frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, OKRs and Design Thinking
12. Experience in managing costs and collaborating in making difficult resourcing trade offs
13. Systems Thinker,able to identify and implement long term fixes to systemic issues
14. Experience in leading change management and coaching initiatives at all levels from the product team to C-Suite
15. Passion for technology and its application in improving Agile delivery practices
16. Experience in people management and career coaching of junior talent
17. Very good command of English language
