Job Summary
This is a leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients within a specific area of specialization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of financial industry operations, and analytical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional client service by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and information.
* Attend operational meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet client needs.
* Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of business unit and function.
* Manage complex projects including process re-engineering and technology implementation.
* Cultivate relationships with Relationship Managers and other Service Managers to ensure client service needs are met.
Requirements:
* College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of financial industry operations and fiduciary services.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
