Field of activity "DRV Bund IT" is the service provider for the German Federal Pension Insurance and develops and operates a complex IT system landscape in close coordination with the customer.
The DRV Bund IT Innovation Lab works at the interface between the specialist side and IT to drive forward the division's ability to innovate. To this end, we offer various services that enable our stakeholders to use a wide range of innovation methods. We work with agile and user-centered methods, which our coaches use to introduce participants to new ways of working.
Your tasks Planning, preparation and implementation of Innovation Lab services (including workshops, design sprints, trainings or events) as a co-coach
Supporting the collection and evaluation of feedback for workshops and documentation of workshop results
Supporting the Senior Innovation Coaches in debriefings with clients
Participate in the further development of the Innovation Lab services, including the evaluation of new methods in the field of innovative and interdisciplinary working methods
Your profile Successful completion of a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH), ideally business informatics or a completed vocational training with several years of task-relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification
Several years of task-relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of organizational consulting and change management
Initial practical experience in the application of agile and user-centered approaches and models
Proven knowledge and initial work experience in the use of innovation methods and models (e.g. design thinking)
A high degree of customer orientation and excellent communication skills are required
Very good organizational skills, solution orientation and empathy round off your profile
