Responsibilities Develop and manage regional distributor partnerships Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with distributors across Western Europe, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sales targets, and market potential. Lead commercial planning, execution, and performance management Oversee commercial activities, progressing from close collaboration with senior leadership to full ownership of planning, execution, and performance monitoring across assigned markets. Drive market intelligence and strategic decision‑making Conduct in‑depth market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities, pricing strategies, and emerging trends, translating insights into actionable commercial plans. Enable strategic integration of acquisitions Lead integration of newly acquired products into the regional distribution network, coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other functions to ensure seamless market entry. Ensure compliance and governance excellence Maintain full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and distributor agreements, monitoring performance and proactively addressing risks and deviations. Manage key stakeholders and market access Engage healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities, and trade associations to strengthen market access and support long‑term positioning. Represent the company externally and drive visibility Represent CHEPLAPHARM at industry events and networking forums, strengthening brand visibility and fostering new business opportunities across Western Europe. Qualifications Professional qualifications & industry experience Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline and 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life‑sciences sector. Pharmaceutical market expertise Strong understanding of distribution structures, market access approaches, and regulatory frameworks. Commercial and negotiation strength Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships, leading contract negotiations, and driving sustainable revenue growth in competitive environments. Strategic and analytical mindset Excellent analytical skills and a results‑oriented, strategic approach. International and intercultural competence Experience working in cross‑functional and international teams with strong intercultural skills. Language skills Fluent in English; proficiency in German and another major European language (e.g., Italian or Swedish) is a strong advantage.
