We are currently seeking a Senior ERP Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise in Microsoft products such as Business Central, Navision, or Axapta for one of our offices in Germany, preferably our headquarters in Hofheim am Taunus (Wallau), at the earliest possible date. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with these platforms and possess strong consultancy skills. In this role, you will be expected to excel in complex analysis, propose innovative solutions, make substantial contributions to project content and direction, effectively assign tasks to team members, and successfully manage mid-size projects.
What you will move with us
1. Perform complex solution analysis within MS Dynamics 365 Business Central/MS Dynamics NAV systems.
2. Define analysis results and development/test requirements, assigning tasks to team members.
3. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
4. Keep the team leader informed about progress and update progress in Redmine.
5. Provide assistance to colleagues with development-related tasks when necessary.
6. Attend project meetings, including those held at the customer's site if required.
7. Conduct on-site visits for analysis, implementation, or post-implementation support as needed.
What moves us
8. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems development or implementation, with at least 3 years of experience working with MS products.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
10. Strong teamwork and analytical thinking abilities.
11. Advanced knowledge of business processes.
12. Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
13. Proficiency in MS Products (NAV/BC/AX).
14. Familiarity with MS SQL Server.
15. Valid driver's license (Class B).
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
