Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Accountant to support revenue operations, order management, and financial reporting processes. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy across the revenue lifecycle—from deal structuring and order processing through invoicing and month-end close.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance, data integrity, and scalable processes that support a growing, global business.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at our Regensburg or Munich office Tuesday through Thursday.
What You’ll Do
* Own revenue reporting and alignment, supporting accurate and timely management and financial reporting
* Support and participate in month-end close activities within Oracle NetSuite, including reconciliations and revenue-related reporting
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Legal to ensure deal structures align with accounting policies and revenue recognition requirements
* Manage and maintain CRM data (Salesforce / DealHub) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with financial systems
* Oversee and coordinate customer invoicing, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with contract terms
* Collaborate with software resellers and partners to support order processing, renewals, and revenue tracking
* Identify and implement process improvements across order-to-cash and revenue operations workflows
* Act as a key point of contact for resolving billing, contract, and revenue-related discrepancies
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Revenue Accounting, or Order-to-Cash / Revenue Operations roles
* Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and order lifecycle processes
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM tools such as Salesforce and DealHub
* Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and controls
* Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
* Excellent communication skills and ability to translate operational data into financial insights
* Nice to have: Dutch language proficiency
Compensation Range
* Annual Base Salary Range: €60,000 - €78,000
* Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills.
