About the Role
This key position involves managing and growing a network of distributors and commercial partners, negotiating effectively to achieve targets, and representing the company at client meetings and trade fairs. As part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with technical and internal sales teams to deliver projects and foster close customer relationships.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in field sales development (minimum 3 years) within an industrial or technical environment
- Native or near-native German language skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong command of English for international working; French is an advantage
- Comfortable with frequent travel, several days per week
- Technical aptitude – able to quickly understand complex products and present them clearly
- Self-driven, well-organized, results-oriented, and highly customer-focused
- Proficient with digital tools to track sales activity
- Full driving license (Category B) essential
