Your Tasks
* Take overall responsibility for the recruiting process of different target groups
* Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking platforms
* Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
* Be the first point of contact for our employees and managers in HR matters
* Accompany the entire employee lifecycle - from the first 'hello' to the farewell
* Optimise HR processes and contribute your creative ideas
* You will be involved in strategic HR projects such as the harmonisation of payroll systems worldwide
Your Profile
* Completed studies in the field of HR management, business administration or comparable education
* At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR topics - you already have a good feeling for the job
* Good knowledge of labour law and HR processes
* Proficient in MS Office and ideally Workday
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well organized and with a hands-on mentality
* You enjoy working in a team and are keen to actively shape HR and speak fluent English and German
