Senior Brand Manager – DACH
Key Responsibilities
* A high-impact, end-to-end brand leadership role with real ownership and visibility across the region.
* Owning the 1–3–5 year brand growth strategy across the DACH region
* Leading long-term brand strategy and annual brand plans for the DACH region
* Delivering high-impact Through-the-Line campaigns across all channels
* Owning portfolio strategy, innovation launches and SKU scaling
* Acting as the voice of the DACH consumer within EMEA and Global teams
* Partnering closely with Sales to support JBPs and in-market activation
* Owning brand budget, ACP and P&L inputs to drive strong ROMI
* Managing media, creative and PR agency partners
Qualifications
* 6–8 years’ experience in FMCG brand or marketing roles
* Proven experience managing brands in the DACH region, with strong Germany exposure
* Experience across retail, pharmacy, drugstore and e-commerce channels
* A track record of delivering brand equity growth and commercial impact
* Strong commercial acumen and experience in matrixed organisations
* Fluent in German and English
