Your tasks
9. Support throughout the entire life cycle of the plants, as well as professional support from acquisition to decommissioning and scrapping.
10. Creation and optimization of preventive maintenance and repair plans to ensure maximum plant availability.
11. Conducting detailed fault and vulnerability analyses to sustainably eliminate recurring malfunctions in the FAL, Flight Line and Paintshop areas.
12. Management and coordination of external maintenance companies and machine manufacturers while adhering to budget and time constraints.
13. Implementation of new IT technologies and innovative processes for the continuous development of maintenance structures.
14. Systematic maintenance of all equipment information and independent order management via SAP PM
15. Close and collaborative partnership with production and other interface departments to optimize operational processes
Your profile
16. Successfully completed technical studies in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, engineering or a comparable discipline (at least a Bachelor's degree)
17. Several years of sound professional experience (at least 2 years) in maintenance, work preparation, occupational safety or supplier management, or at least 3 years in the field of industrial design.
18. In-depth SAP application knowledge and confident use of Google Workspace
19. Prior knowledge or practical experience in Lean Management and project management is advantageous.
20. Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
21. The ability to quickly grasp, analyze, and document highly complex technical relationships and functionalities.
22. Strong communication and cooperation skills for successful collaboration with internal interfaces and external partners at all levels
23. Willingness to work late shifts (approximately one week per quarter)
