* Careful & responsible handling of food & raw materials is a matter of course
* Implementation & control of our HACCP concept
* Carrying out quality assurance audits
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
* You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef and have several years of professional experience
* You can motivate colleagues and lead a team
* Enthusiasm for international cooking on stage - our guests have an insight into the kitchen
* Openness to new food concepts
* You not only bring your skills with you, but also your character
* A desire to learn new things and patience when there is too much salt
