We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our business development team at our Berlin headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
* Elevate Our Used Car Reconditioning Process
* Develop a roadmap for scaling the organization within the production department
* Lead cross-department initiatives with teams from production and human resources, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention
* Create and maintain reports to measure changes in KPIs relating to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention
* Define and implement the onboarding process at the production centers to enable double-digit growth and ensure rapid integration into the teams
* Collaborate with our trainers to identify training needs and develop training programs
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar position, particularly in business development, project management, or human resource analysis. Relevant skills include a hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
