As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will co-steer the financial performance as a trusted advisor to our largest and strategically very important market, Germany. In this role, you will drive financial value creation across key commercial levers, enhancing transparency, steering performance and sustainable, long-term profitability in a dynamic, data-driven e-commerce environment.
You will be at the heart of commercial decision-making for our German business — a rapidly scaling and strategically critical market. Finance Business Partnering: Act as a key member of the German (matrix) management team, providing financial insights and guidance to steer both strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
Data-Driven Planning & Reporting: Continuously enhance forecasting and planning processes by leveraging modern methodologies and technologies in a data-driven environment.
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
~8+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A in a commercial, e-commerce or highly digital consumer-oriented environment
~ Proven experience in senior business partnering, ideally with Commercial, Marketing or Country Management stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and expertise in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) to structure complex problems and drive strategic insights
~ Communication & Presentation: strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share financial insights and influence decision-making across various stakeholders up to top management
~ Fluent in both German and English.
