The role aims to provide profound structure and support in relevant HR processes (, SAP Successfactors, Compensation) and the further development of such as well as to report relevant HR data to stakeholders e.g. Finance Department, global HR, etc. Aufgaben Manage the monthly HC reporting and ad-hoc analyses Control the EMEA-wide and MIS Global headcount and personnel cost planning in collaboration with stakeholders in- and outside of HR Calculate and provide relevant financial data for accruals, year end closing and global employee charges Preparation of forecasts, deviation analyses and further development of the planning process in terms of structure, IT and content.
