Mackinnon Bruce International are recruiting a HR Director for A well-established global industrial manufacturing business with a strong European footprint for one of its key manufacturing sites in the Stuttgart region. This is a strategic and hands-on position with oversight of a local HR team and full site responsibility for HR processes. The business is undergoing transformation and growth, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the people strategy as they scale across Europe. Key elements of the role: Lead site HR operations with a small team and direct line to senior leadership Influence people strategy, talent development, and organizational design Collaborate with established works councils Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives Support upcoming expansion and growth across Europe We’re looking for someone with: Strong HR leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments In-depth understanding of German labor law and Betriebsrat collaboration Experience managing HR for medium-to-large teams at a large industrial manufacturing facility Fluent German and English communication A proactive, solutions-driven leadership style
