* Personnel planning and support of hiring processes
* Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues
* Preparation of employment contracts
* Maintaining and managing personnel files and internal systems
* Implementation of individual personnel measures
* Supervision of appraisal processes
* Satisfaction analysis
* Revision and creation of internal rules
* Communicating with the HR departments within our European corporate structure
* Participation in the digitalisation of internal work processes
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Successfully completed degree in personnel management or commercial training with experience in personnel management
* Sound knowledge in the areas of labour, collective bargaining, social security and tax law
* Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
* Excellent conflict management and very good communication skills
* Self-confident demeanour
* A high degree of independence, initiative and commitment
* Quick comprehension skills as well as a proactive, structured and goal-orientated way of working
* Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
* Team spirit and reliability
* Very good MS Office user skills
* Willingness to travel (up to approx. 10%)
