AIS offers a role that provides investor services to clients, ensuring efficient operations and bringing peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily bookkeeping tasks;
* Reconcile bank statements;
* Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports;
* Generate eCDF reports;
* Compile annual accounts under LuxGAAP and/or financial statements under IFRS;
* Process payment orders and follow up on their status;
* Review delegated tasks to more junior accountants;
* Address audit queries;
* Conduct various administrative tasks related to client portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* You hold a diploma in accounting (BTS, Bachelor's degree or Graduate/Master's degree). Having a professional designation (OEC, ACCA, CPA) would be advantageous;
* You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (accounting or audit);
* You possess a good understanding of accounting rules and principles;
* You have working experience in LuxGAAP (IFRS and/or consolidation experience would be beneficial);
* You are fluent in English. Any other language is considered an asset;
* You are well organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks;
* You can delegate and review tasks given to more junior accountants and display a positive and enthusiastic attitude and team spirit;
* You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
