Senior Regional Sales Manager – Elvaco (m/w/d) Elvaco, a part of the Bemsiq Group, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive smart metering adoption across the DACH region. Responsibilities Own regional sales forecasting, tracking, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. Define and execute the regional business plan in alignment with corporate objectives. Lead and prioritize sales activities, resource deployment, and customer engagement across the DACH region. Analyze market and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and share insights with commercial and product teams. Develop and manage key accounts and strategic partner relationships. Oversee and finalize key sales and partner agreements in line with company objectives. Build strong, long‑term customer relationships and position Elvaco as the preferred smart‑metering partner. Intuitively grasp the specific needs of our clientele, personalizing our offerings to guarantee satisfaction and forge lasting collaborations. Collaborate closely with management, product management, and cross‑functional teams to drive growth and innovation. Qualifications A team player and dynamic, flexible, and structured. Strong closing skills and a value‑driven salesperson focused on pre‑empting and surpassing client requirements. Excellent communication, engaging, and building trust. Curious and able to identify new business and growth opportunities. Proven experience in the metering business segment, metering manufacturing, or similar. Profound sales experience and a demonstrated record of achievements in prior sales positions. Enthusiasm to thrive in a progressive, forward‑leaning environment. Proficiency in German and English. Computer literate with advanced Excel knowledge. Nice to have Prior formal sales training. Interest in leadership. Location Flexible home‑office arrangement with regular in‑person meetings on site in Ansbach, Bavaria. Traveling Regular traveling in DACH region and Sweden.
