Our client, a leading company in the engineering industry, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist.
Your Responsibilities:
* You coordinate the full employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to exit and retirement processes
* You support managers in matters such as workforce planning, employee development, conflict resolution, and organizational adjustments
* You liaise with management and the works council to ensure HR actions comply with German law, existing company agreements, and internal communication standards
* You ensure that HR policies and processes from the headquarters are implemented locally, including training programs, budget planning, and HR reporting
* You contribute to employer branding efforts by organizing and executing projects and events that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer
* You help drive internal transformation initiatives and create measures to boost employee engagement and performance
Your Profile:
* You have completed vocational training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR
* You have ideally gained 2–3 years of experience in a similar position
* Talent acquisition and employee support are tasks you enjoy
* You are communicative, proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable
* You’re confident using MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* You speak German fluently and have a good command of English
* You have already worked with HR systems such as SAP
