Mission Objectives:

Key Responsibilities:
 * Short services in all departments
 * Support for beauty classes
 * Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
 * Assortment and merchandise maintenance
 * Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
 * Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
 * Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
 * Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
 * Carrying out inventories
 * Operating cash register
 * Additional tasks related to the daily business
KPIs:
 * Conversion Rate
 * Items per basket
 * Average basket
 * Customer feedback/satisfaction
 * Number of services
Requirements:
 * Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends
 * Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector
 * Personal Skills include being communicative, reliable, organized, team spirited, open, motivating and friendly mannered
