Vice President of Sales, PXM EMEA

Location: Remote: Germany

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer, Centric PXM

Centric Software is seeking an exceptional sales executive to lead the commercial strategy and execution for our PXM (Product Experience Management) business unit, formerly known as Contentserv, now fully integrated as Centric PXM. This is a pivotal, high‑visibility leadership role responsible for accelerating growth, expanding market share, and elevating our category leadership across the European market.

The EMEA region represents a highly strategic market for Centric Software. With strong, referenceable customers, a differentiated product suite, and a large addressable market, this is a career‑defining opportunity to shape the future trajectory of the business unit while contributing directly to Centric’s broader global growth strategy.


Key Mandates

* Own and exceed the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and new logo targets for the PXM business across EMEA.
* Accelerate adoption of the Centric PXM platform through new business acquisition and strategic expansion within the existing customer base.
* Recruit, develop, coach, and inspire a world‑class team of sales executives in the EMEA region.
* Serve as the senior executive for the PXM BU in the region, building and nurturing relationships with strategic customers, partners, analysts, and industry influencers.
* Represent the PXM business at industry events, customer briefings, and executive leadership forums.


Key Responsibilities

* Define, own, and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Centric PXM across the EMEA region.
* Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations including forecasting, pipeline development, deal strategy, and account planning.
* Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience.
* Develop and operationalize scalable sales processes, metrics, and performance standards.
* Identify high‑value strategic opportunities, both in new accounts and within the established customer base and drive them to successful outcomes.
* Provide performance insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations to the CRO and global leadership.


The Ideal Candidate

* Fluent in German and English.
* Deep experience selling enterprise SaaS in the PXM, MDM, DAM, PLM, or related data/commerce ecosystems.
* A proven track record of exceeding multi‑million‑euro quotas and driving ARR growth at scale.
* Demonstrated success leading and scaling enterprise sales teams across multiple countries.
* Equally comfortable in C‑suite negotiations, strategic planning, and hands‑on deal execution.
* Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution‑driven, with the ability to excel in a fast‑paced global software environment.


Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven ability to build and scale high‑performing regional or multi‑country sales organizations.
* Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
* Experience working in a growth‑oriented, transformation, or post‑acquisition environment is a strong plus.
* Must be fluent both English and German.
