Job Responsibilities :
The Social Media Manager will manage Razer`s content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment between HQ and EMEA teams. This role includes TikTok Shop operations, campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting. The position requires strong communication skills, digital fluency, and a passion for gaming culture.
Responsibilities
1. Content Coordination: Align social media content between HQ and local teams, including localization, translation, and approval workflows
2. Campaign Management: Co-develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns for product launches, events, and community initiatives
3. Content Planning: Build and maintain quarterly editorial calendars across platforms (Instagram/Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
4. Community Engagement: Support the development and management of local creator and influencer relationships
5. TikTok Shop Management: Coordinate and optimize Razer's presence on TikTok Shop(UK, ES and others), including product listings, promotional content, and campaign execution
6. Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, create performance reports, and derive actionable insights
7. Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy
Pre-Requisites :
8. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
9. Initial experience in social media, ideally in an international environment
10. Strong command of English (written and spoken); German/ French / Spanish is a plus
11. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
12. Creative eye for digital trends, gaming culture, and community engagement
13. Independent, structured work style with strong communication skills
