Team Support / Assistant (m/w/d) - R&D Hardware Logistic for Equipment Calibration + Project Coordination
Your Responsibilities
* Identifying the measuring devices that need to be calibrated (calibration date list)
* Locating the devices within the R&D area
* Coordinate with owner/user when calibration can be carried out
* Organize shipment/return to manufacturer / calibration institute
* Dealing with queries or issues during process (repairs, delays, replacement)
* Project Support Team: Coordination and planning of lab space/project areas, personnel
Your Qualifications
* Technical background preferred
* Understanding of measurement equipment, calibration and handling of sensitive equipment
* Completed vocational training in a technical sector / bachelor of engineering or comparable
* Enhanced knowledge in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), WeShare and ticket systems (eg. Jira)
* Good language skills in german and english
* Enhanced skillset in self organization and planning with multiple cooperation partners and schedules
* Profound communication skills to align with engineers and manufacturers/suppliers
* Cooperation with other teams in R&D Hardware and other departments
* Ability to move sometimes heavy equipment (15kg, tools provided)
