What Awaits You:
* Preparing food for our restaurant, bar, and banquet areas according to our recipes and guidelines, and plating with great attention to detail
* Preparing the mise-en-place
* Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
* Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
What We’re Looking for in You:
* Ideally, a completed training as a chef
* Passion for cooking
* Excellent teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail
* Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen processes
* Guest-oriented approach
* Ability to remain calm under pressure, even with incorrect orders or special requests
* HACCP is familiar to you, and maintaining a hygienic working environment is second nature to you
