We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Associate to support and engage with our clients throughout their journey with us. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. About the role As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll support a large and diverse client base through a digital-first engagement model. You will be responsible for ensuring responsive support, efficient onboarding, and proactive communication for clients using our platform at scale. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role with strong opportunities to grow into more senior relationship or operations-focused paths. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound client queries and support requests with accuracy and care. Guide clients through onboarding steps, including KYC document collection and verification. Use CRM and support platforms to manage a high volume of accounts efficiently. Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal team. Assist with targeted communications and product updates as part of client campaigns. Help track client feedback, satisfaction, and engagement metrics. Your knowledge areas and experience: 1–3 years of experience in client support, customer service, or onboarding in financial services or fintech. Fluent in German and English (spoken & written); other European languages a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance-driven processes. Comfortable with digital tools, support platforms, and CRM systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactive, team-oriented, and excited about the digital asset space.
