- Spanish Speaker | International Law Firm Your Future Environment We are currently assisting an internationally recognised law firm in the recruitment of a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer speaking Spanish.

The team advises an international client base composed of: investment funds; asset managers; international sponsors; Private Equity and Real Estate players.
Role Description : As a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer, you will progressively be involved in a wide range of matters related to: fund structuring; alternative investment vehicles; regulatory aspects; legal documentation related to funds; international and cross-border transactions.
Technical Exposure RAIF / SIF / SCSp structures; Fund Formation; Subscription agreements; Side letters; Regulatory matters; Private Equity International investment vehicle structuring.
You will work closely with experienced lawyers and benefit from strong technical mentoring to accelerate your development.
Candidate Profile : 1 to 2 years of experience in Investment Funds in Luxembourg; Experience gained within a law firm environment; Excellent command of English; Spanish is mandatory; French would be considered an asset; Strong willingness to evolve within an international environment while keeping close human interactions on a daily basis; Solid technical foundations and strong learning abilities. xniyctf
