oin Us as Medical Co-Founder – Diabetes Management Platform
This is not an idea on paper — it is a working clinical AI platform for diabetes management, with a functioning pharmacodynamic engine, live CGM integration, and a clear path toward DiGA certification. We are now looking for a medical co-founder to lead the clinical and regulatory strategy as we move toward market.
What you get
As a co-founder, you will receive a monthly Gründerstipendium through the EXIST Business Start-up Grant (German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs), covering your living costs during the founding phase, with project expenses covered by the grant. You will also hold an equity stake in the company and carry real decision-making authority over the clinical direction of the platform.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead the medical and clinical strategy of the platform
* Oversee clinical validation and study design
* Ensure regulatory and medical compliance
* Provide clinical expertise for AI model validation and safety
* Support partnerships with hospitals, research institutions, and healthcare providers
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
* Medical Doctor (MD) with German Approbation or officially recognized medical qualification in Germany — or a final-year medical student with expected graduation within 12 months
* Recent graduate (within the last 5 years) or currently in final year of medical studies
* Clinical experience or rotations in endocrinology, diabetology, or internal medicine preferred
* Experience or strong interest in clinical trials and validation studies
* Understanding of German digital health regulatory pathways (DiGA / BfArM)
* Genuine interest in digital health innovation, AI, and clinical decision support systems
* Professional proficiency in German and English required
