In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee and develop the local recruitment team, implement innovative HR strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll coordinate closely with our global talent acquisition team, monitor hiring metrics to improve efficiency, and represent our company at industry events. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will be critical in attracting top talent and supporting our growth.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 5+ years recruitment experience within the pharmaceutical sector
* At least 3+ years in a leadership capacity, managing a team of at least 3 staff, plus an intern and a consultant
* Strong knowledge of German labor market and labor law
* Proven track record in large-scale and global recruitment projects
* Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and fluent in English
* Relevant degree in business administration, psychology, HR, or a comparable discipline
* Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring recruitment metrics
* Flexibility and resilience in a fast-changing environment
* Proficiency with ATS and HR tools
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with employer branding initiatives
* Background in healthcare or life sciences industries
* Familiarity with international talent acquisition strategies
* Experience conducting recruitment events and representing organizations externally
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields
* Over 7 years of recruitment experience, including leadership roles
* Prior experience in global companies with complex recruitment needs
