To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager Italy (m/f/d) working remotely from Italy. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth across the Italian banking market by expanding existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities. The role combines strategic account development, market expansion, and ecosystem engagement within one of Europe’s most dynamic banking markets. Strategic Customer Growth • You take ownership of strategic customer relationships within the Italian banking market and drive their long-term development and expansion • You identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and build trusted relationships across all relevant organisational levels up to decision-maker level stakeholders • You understand customer business needs and market developments across corporate banking, payments, and digital banking transformation Ecosystem & Partner Development • You work closely with system integrators, strategic partners, and relevant market stakeholders to position coconet solutions within broader banking transformation initiatives • You build and strengthen ecosystem relationships that influence opportunity generation and long-term market positioning New Business Development • You proactively develop new banking relationships across the Italian market • You navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage enterprise sales opportunities through the full sales cycle until contract closure • Together with business and technical experts, you develop customer-specific solution approaches, presentations, and commercial proposals University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Regional Sales Management, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development within complex B2B environments Proven experience managing and expanding strategic customer relationships within enterprise or banking environments Experience developing new business opportunities and opening complex enterprise accounts Strong understanding of the banking, financial services, payments, transaction banking, or enterprise software landscape Established network within the Italian banking ecosystem is considered a strong advantage Experience working with system integrators, partner ecosystems, or indirect enterprise sales environments is highly beneficial Demonstrated ability to navigate large organisations and engage stakeholders up to executive level Strong consultative sales capabilities combined with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking Ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Fluent Italian and English language skills are mandatory; German language skills are considered a plus Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally We look forward to receiving your complete and compelling application documents via our online portal.
