Software System Manager Position

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in business informatics or training as an IT specialist with business administration content, or a comparable qualification.
* Initial professional experience in the support of critical applications and systems, ideally CRM, ERP, or DMS.
* Experience in supporting internal specialist processes, automation (scripting), and operational monitoring.

Job Responsibilities
* You will be involved in the further development of our new CRM system based on CAS genesisWorld.
* You will take on tasks in the support of related areas such as ERP (Vemas) or DMS (d.velop).
* You will coordinate and manage projects, both internally and with external partners.
* You will determine the requirements for the CRM system (as well as for other specialist applications) together with colleagues from the respective specialist departments.
* You will implement these requirements and communicate changes to users.
* You will document the systems used and maintain the process manual.
* You will support internal users with your technical knowledge in the selection and use of internal tools.
* You will troubleshoot issues and perform patch/release management.
* You will drive continuous improvement and contribute to operating our systems at the highest level.
