Are you looking to take your first steps in the world of analytics and performance marketing? We’re searching for a Performance Marketing Analyst to support our team and grow alongside us!
In this role, you’ll dive into data, assist in improving UA campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful results.
What You’ll Do
* Monitor and analyse CPA campaigns across multiple affiliate and partner networks to ensure performance and quality.
* Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify new traffic opportunities and test new channels.
* Evaluate traffic sources and detect anomalies or potential fraud to maintain campaign efficiency.
* Support reporting and dashboard creation to visualize campaign performance and insights.
What You’ll Bring
* Initial experience in UA, affiliate marketing, or performance-based advertising.
* Understanding of campaign tracking and attribution models (e.g., postback, MMPs).
* Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data to make optimisation decisions.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring multiple campaigns simultaneously.
