Main Roles & Responsibilities
Kickstart your career in People Operations!
Are you curious about HR and People Operations and want to gain hands-on experience in an international, fast-paced environment?
Join our People & Culture (P&C) Operations team in Bonn and be part of a diverse team making a real impact!
What you will do:
* Help keep our HR processes accurate and up to date by supporting the People Operations team with daily administrative tasks
* Create PRs, POs, SLARCs and handle SWB ticket requests (filing, ordering, cancellations) and filing personnel files digitally and in person
* Assist with various operational projects and tasks that keep our team running smoothly
Your profile
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field) and eligible to work in Germany
* Based within commuting distance of Bonn.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
* A team player who enjoys communicating with people
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and eager to learn new tools
* Motivated by FSC’s mission and values

The Fine Print
Additional information:
* Working hours: 20 hours per week (ideally across 3- 5 days per week)
* Start date: As soon as possible
* Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
* Remuneration: €14 gross per hour
* Location: FSC office Bonn, Germany (hybrid or remote)
