For our Equity Research division in London we are looking to hire a
Production Coordinator
Your role in the team
The role will be to work in the Production team based within the Equity Research department. The hours will be 8am – 5pm, working in the office.
Your Profile
* Very good working knowledge of MS Office—specifically
o MS Word (formatting research reports)
o PowerPoint (formatting presentations)
o Excel (creating charts)
* Will be responsible for distributing research reports electronically via our in-house database
* Would also benefit from a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Is a candidate who:
* Has proven desktop-publishing skills
* Brings experience from an investment-banking or other financial-services environment
* Operates well as a collaborative team player
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication
* Is disciplined, highly organized, and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
